Mcdonald's - Snellville

Placed a $55 order for delivery. Order arr lived missing 3 Fries, 2 Strawberry pies and they neglected the No Cheese requests and added anyway.. I've sent my concern to the restaurant and customer service.

Hit or miss at this location. It's McDonald's so we know what the food taste going to taste like. But, we never know if the service will be good or bad. At almost midnight it's never service with a smile. All I care about is my order being correct. It was so I was happy. Why do McDonald's use half a slice of cheese on filet-o-fish sandwiches? Why if I ask for heavy tartar sauce I get barely any at all? Why ask why you say? Obviously me doing surveys don't reach management. So I figured Google Reviews or any other online review would get their attention. I know Ray Kroc didn't say half a slice of cheese was a good thing...

I swear I feel like the one who prepared my order was either blind or didn’t wake up fully before coming to do their job. I had a horrible experience. Drink not filled all the way. I ordered apple slices and they put Apple pie. I ordered a EGG, CHEESE AND BACON McGriddle and only received bacon and cheese. You need to get new employees.

Tell me why I was the only car in the line 0615 and still waited over 15 minutes for my food???? Then top it off , my biscuit was hard.
