Dunkin' - Smyrna

What happened to this dunkin? it was so great with the team they had in the morning. now longer lines than usual both drive inside thru, slow, more mistakes on the command, train people during the rush, completely different employees....What happened there? have all the others announced?

My wife and I really enjoy this DD. We sometimes order through the app and one gentleman there with the red hair always know us. The staff is really nice which is good for the small town atmosphere. Thank you DD.

Service was okay, the oven was broken which I understand can happen, but the employee waited until we ordered a food item before letting us know, and received a burnt bagel with very little cream cheese.

I love this place so much. aimmee and gracie are so beautiful every time I go there. they always remember my order. 10/10
