Bj's Brewhouse - Slidell

Their food is always great but half the food is always cold and last time when we got dessert they forgot our ice cream

I usually have a good experience with BJ's. However I just ordered a couple ribeyes through waitr and this is trash. I had 2 bites. Have to toss the rest, all fat and gristle.

My husband and I came in and the wait was immediately 30 minutes, which is fine. I get being short staffed, but less than 20 minutes in to our 30 minute wait, a couple came in and were offered a seat at the bar to avoid the 30 minute wait. We were not offered this choice. I really should have read some of the reviews before we came here. If you can go to any of the other restaurants in this area, do.

I think this might be my first bad review. Service was crazy slow. We got to watch other tables who came in after us getting their food before us. It was nearly an hour between ordering and getting our food. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza, a burger and fries, and a sandwich and fries.

Nice restaurant. Great atmosphere. Clean. Food and servers were great. Great portions on the salads.
