The restaurant closes too early for my liking, and the food is just average; it doesn’t taste like what was advertised. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Additionally, many of the kids were unable to finish their meals, so I requested takeaways. Out of 11 children, we were only given 3 takeout containers, and it’s important to note that these children do not live in the same household. On a positive note, I want to thank the manager for her kindness and support. She was very welcoming and ultimately provided us with the straws we needed, which really saved the day.

I placed my order through the app and arrived at the store to pick it up, but my food wasn't ready. The order hadn't printed at all, and there was no apology given. The service was completely inadequate. They should consider renaming themselves to a convenience store. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The reason I suspect this is because after our meal, a waiter came to clear our table and asked how everything was. I mentioned that while everything else was fine, the chicken was undercooked and cold. I expressed my disappointment, especially since the last time I had their chicken, it was great. The first thing he asked was whether I had ordered it uncut, as I did the last time. I honestly don’t understand the difference—does ordering a chicken uncut prevent it from being cooked properly? I told the waiter that I was going to write a review online, but he seemed indifferent, as if everyone in the restaurant already knew about the situation and was just watching us. To make matters worse, we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, but when it came time for their singing celebration, they didn’t stop at our table like they did for all the other birthday tables. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and the attitude of the staff during our visit today.
