Bell Hotel - Sivakasi

India is a land of diverse cultures and contrasts. The people are kind and always willing to help with good intentions. Just a heads up, make sure to bring wet wipes as there is no toilet paper provided in the bathrooms.

The behavior of the hotel and restaurant staff was very rude. I was disappointed in the service provided by the restaurant workers and manager. The lack of responsibility and poor hospitality displayed by the staff shows that this is not a hotel worthy of a star rating. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as the service and hospitality are very disappointing. It seems that they are more focused on making money rather than providing quality service to their guests.

I recently visited a restaurant's mini hall for an event and had a good experience. The dining room and vegetarian kitchen were also excellent.

A nice hotel to stay. excellent food both veg and not veg. very good service.

Dear Bell Team, First all of you Thanks for serving us a Food. We went a joint family at lunch section. I want to give a 5Star Rating but commonly each Restaurant, Hotels when Guest enter water giving free of cost but bell hotel giving a water bottle chargeable staff no saying that water bottle was chargeable. Please stop this kind a Rule please serve a water for Guest. Other wise you can alot a Drinking water place. God bless you. Thank you so much.
