Just bought a pair of Teva sandals at a really good price. Found out my billing address was wrong. Used the live chat on the website and got resolved by a real person already. I live in Nevada and the sandals got delivered in 3-4 days with a handwritten thankyou card. Will repurchase from them again for sure.
I recently ordered a pair of boots (Bogs) from ecology and would 100% recommend shopping here. I live on the other side of the country and the order arrived much sooner than expected (especially since I chose free standard shipping) They also included a hand written thank you for my order which I really appreciated.
