I wouldn't let a star if I could. my wife, kids and I ate here tonight. all employees were on the handy to do nothing. every single table was coarse, standing water on the etagens, sitting are sticky, food raw and cold on the touch. all hired were loud and innocent. all coworkers swear to hear like a soulman loud enough for the entire sitting area. employees say that they are from something, but then they tell the next customer they found some in the bad. parts of the menu are very much and a part dark and cannot read them.
Literally waited in line for 25 mins with only two cars ahead, just for them to tell us over the speaker that they would be right with us. That was another 10 min wait. Then the wait from the speaker to the window was another 20 mins with only two cars ahead of me. Poor team tonight and poor service. ALSO out if ranch and VANILLA ICECREAM. HOW? Get it together Diary Queen very disappointed.
It took forever to get our food. They didn’t get our order right and the food was cold. Terrible food and service.
Ordered ice cream for the family and staff made orders for their friends that showed up after us. Couldn't find a clean table to sit at, ice cream spilled on floor, sticky tables. Felt like A/C wasn't running. After 30 minutes my wife went to check on her ice cream and girl at station snapped at her and said she was making it right now. She then proceeded to start on it. We have had multiple bad experiences and we will go to Culver's from now on.
Does not deserve to be called fast food. Took forever to get the order even though there was only 1 car ahead in line and then was given the wrong food. Even when it was claimed to be corrected it was not as ordered.
