The al paradise is a ristorante at the glass palace behind the wfl sports world and business center with delicious Italian and German foods. Very bad service!we were completely ignored by the service as we said we would like to eat here with the voucher book.After I grabbed the menu myself after a long wait period, a waiter came to order twice grilled otopus.When we were served the ordered food, it looked very delicious. then the shock, the otopus was burned and so hard that he was hardly to cut with the normal knife. we have therefore eaten only the salat and the supplements and left the otopus. another operation noticed this and asked if it was not okay. we then say that the fish is burned, bitter and therefore inviolable, and she said she was going straight to the chef and cook in the kitchen. After some waiting time she came back without chef and read us to tell us that the otopus "complete in order" was. 4 people in the kitchen would have tried this. whether the trinity we paid half the price for the voucher book and left.Of course we will come here. :-( the restaurant should not issue a voucher in the voucher book if this is not desired. so far we have only eaten pizza, which was also good and tasty. after this trinity but never again. for this visit therefore 0 stars.
