Subway - Silver Spring

I ordered a small wrap but the employee ended up making me a large sub and charged me $14.95. Despite stating that I specifically ordered a small wrap and there was no signage indicating the price, both the cashier and manager refused to adjust the price. When I requested a refund, they declined to refund me for the chips and drink as well. The whole situation was handled very poorly.

I’ve had A LOT of Subway and it feels like our subs had less meat/filling from this location. Is this place skimping?

The Subway restaurant at The Plaza closes earlier than the posted time of 10pm on their door and website. Despite stating they are open until 10pm Monday through Saturday, they actually close at 9pm. This discrepancy is misleading, as customers like myself have traveled from miles away only to find the doors locked and a closed sign. Even arriving at 9:30pm, I found the location already closed. It is important for establishments to stick to their agreed upon opening hours for the benefit of their customers, especially a service to the elderly residents of Leisure World Plaza, their families, and caregivers who rely on them for dinner. Please uphold your commitment to the community and operate until 10pm as advertised.

Arrived at 9:30 the door was locked , they waved me away . What happened to open until 10:00 ? This was at Leisure World Plaza .
