It's very irritating and frustrating to say the least. And then she wouldn't even respect my online order for the price that it was so another $30 was lost by the company because of the rude personnel. I would stay away from the Freeport Subway definitely not a pleasant experience
Great friendly quick service very helpful my only issue was getting there app to work and there prices are a little high in Freeport FL but every thing is so exspensive in Freeport any more it's just getting out of hand
I have gone in twice now and both times Isabelle has been great! I'm allergic to onions, and will go into Anaphylactic shock if I consume them. Both times she went above and beyond to keep me safe! She is a great person whom truly does care about the Guest's with an Awesome personality. I trust Isabelle and happy she didn't make me feel like it's a made up allergy like other people have made me feel. It's very hard to have a rare allergy like I do, but last time I counted there were a total of 15 of us in Walton and Okaloosa County whom are allergic to onions. It's not as rare as it used to be. Thank you for Isabelle she truly is a blessing ? ?
Our first experience at the new location (the last one was AWFUL and employees were so rude). We go in because our son has literally been waiting for the new one to open and he got a certificate for being on the honor roll at school for a free kids meal. We’re told his certificate can’t be honored because the manager isn’t present and the employees there don’t have any way to login for discounts. Mind you, we’re also ordering three adult sandwiches, so we’re not asking for anything else special or discounted. They weren’t rude, just clueless about what we were even presenting them. Managers should make sure their staff have what they need if they’re not at work, instead of putting them in that position.
Fresh veggies, fresh bread, very friendly employees. 10/10.
