This restaurant serves around ten vegetarian dishes listed on its own section on the menu. The waitress knew what vegan means and could point to the vegan dishes. I had the vegetarian “Telha” the first time I visited. It was simple but delicious, vegetables were soft and crispy and chickpeas were soft. It was delicious and I liked it had vegetables and a source of herbal proteins that is not often on the Azores. For the second time, I tried the vegetables curry. It was almost the same vegetables as the “Telha” but in a very good curry sauce. Both dishes were served generously and had rice as a side. Came here with my family and was quite surprised with the situation. Beautiful outdoor seat in a natural hotel surrounded by a charming Forrest. I even took a walk while I was at my food and found a beautiful view of the sea. The menu has a vegetarian section, as well as some other vegetarian dishes and appetizers, all marked as such. Nothing beautiful or new, but delicious reservations recommended during the summer months

So amazing! The setting is magical, with stone and lava rocks everywhere among gardens and beautiful trees. The dining room is nicely set and the busy staff did a wonderful job servicing our every need. But the winner of the night was the food! Raviolis, tagliatelle, steak and tuna steak were absolutely outstanding! Plenty of vegetarian options and they even customized my pasta to suit my food preference (no bacon). The property/hotel looks like a beatiful place to spend time and we hope to go back before we leave Pico. All in all, highly recommend!!

I had the vegetarian “Telha” the first time I visited. it was simple, but delicious, sweet was soft and crispy and cheeky-pearl were soft. it was delicious and I liked that it had sweet and a source of vegetable proteins that is not often on the azoren. for the second time, I tried the nice curry. it was almost the same sweet as the “Telha” but in a very good curry sauce. both dishes were served generously and had tears as a side.
