Jimmy John's - Sierra Vista

I paid $14 for a sandwich with nothing. that is not the first time I had problems with this load, I will not be back

Best customer service I had in the city! I made a call to get a 30pc catering box. they knocked it immediately with a smile and a simple incredible service. and on a Saturday night no less. Thank you!

I have been to this location multiple times now. They always do a great job getting through long lines. But typically you can expect in and out service. Vegetable, meats, and toppings have always been fresh. And of course the service is friendly! I have never had any issues coming to this particular Jimmy John's. I would recommend it for a quick bite. They do have an outdoor patio, and a decent size dining room.

Good sandwiches, removing three stars because of the creepy vibe that my wife and I got. The employees had a phone taped to the glass window and we're recording with it. You'll see in the pic that I took. It's not at eye level, its down near the floor underneath the bar style bench, canted upwards. Gave me the feeling that they were trying to get skirt shots. When I tried grabbing the phone they replaced and retaped it.

I am disappointed that the restaurant no longer sells sprouts, but their new sliced wheat bread more than made up for it. It would be even better if their chips did not contain dairy. I do not understand the appeal of salt and vinegar chips. Even Lay's has not been able to explain it to me.
