Rare Tea Cellar has some of the best teas — the crema earl grey is my favorite! After having this tea in some of the local restaurants in Chicago I had to get my own stock. I always pick up my online orders here. You have to buzz to get in, but they have always had my order ready fast, usually the same day I order online, and they refund the shipping cost.

I love this company. Great product, fast delivery, amazing customer service. Ordered close to 10 lbs. of tea from them over the years and plan to be a customer for life.

I ordered the master sampler as a special treat and have made way through 7 teas so far. Each has been absolutely wonderful and more interesting than the last. I think this has turned my love of tea into an obsession.

This isn’t a retail location open to the public. STAY AWAY. You can’t even get into the building. If you want their stuff use the website which looks pretty cool.

If I could just enter the place today, on Saturday, at around 9. It was closed.
