Panera Bread In Arl - Shirlington

A place named Panera BREAD does not have any bread in stock? THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

I didn't realize it was close to closing when I walked down there from my hotel. A less than 10 minute walk thank goodness, because it was snowing and cold. It was the usual Panera, but tucked away in a corner by a metro station. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. and the entrance had stairs, as well as a ramp.

Only one restroom. Over a two-hour span, usually occupied. Often line at the door.

First time i ever face bad service today in this location .

Came in on a Friday morning at around 10:45am and asked if they have tee. The Cashier lady responded very rudely with “we do not sell tee’s here” there are ways to express and respond but not with a rudely attitude and body language that is very uncalled for with a customer who hasn’t done anything wrong simply ask if they would have tea. Unbelievable who is the manager of this location?
