U.s. Pizza Co. Sherwood

Pizza was smaller than I'm used to but very good. The Manager Ross was was helpful and attentive. Nice place and people Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking and easy access.

Extremely extremely slow. We arrived on a Saturday night at 8pm, we had to get up and go find a server to let them know we were still there and had not been seen. Ordered and finally had to go find the server again to cancel our order bc it still wasn’t there at 8:45. The place had maybe 4 customers there on a Saturday night should have been our clue.

Had a great lunch experience with our group of 11 on 8/22. We were seated in the patio area, as we requested, without waiting and our server was excellent. She was very organized and professional and there were no mistakes with our orders or bills. Would highly recommend. As you can see by some of the photos that have been posted, this is a beautiful place to visit.

Service is hit or miss. Last time in we watched it take 10 -15 minutes before servers made contact with new tables. Hostess never checked back either. Pizza is average and for some reason the to go pizzas are usually not that good. Skimpy.

This place always has an outrageous wait time. Especially for door dash orders. Waited 25min for food then asked to wait another 15 ontop of that for an order I setup through door dash. Terrible customer service. Every time I have ever dashed anything from here it is always missing something. I don’t understand why it takes so long to get food here. Most the employees are usually sitting around talking. Also if you want an additional item even if it’s ranch in the drive thru they make you walk in to pay for it. Just ridiculous.
