Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe only pleasant aspect of my visit was the greeting; the staff member was very friendly. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. A guy with blonde hair looked like he was in a daze, mumbling while handling knives, which made me uneasy. Another guy with curly black hair was seen grabbing pickles from a container and carrying them back to the grill, letting them drip all over the floor. To top it off, there was no acknowledgment of my visit—no “thank you” or anything of the sort. The customer service was nonexistent. The place was extremely dirty, with toppings strewn everywhere, creating a food hazard, and there were no clean tables to be found. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I placed my order using their online app, which indicated that it would be ready by 5:14. I arrived a few minutes early and waited outside. After a short while, I noticed people walking in, and I felt relieved that I had gotten my order in on time. However, I should have anticipated what was to come. At 5:15, I went inside and waited. Not once was I acknowledged. I simply stood there, watching as three other customers who had arrived after me were helped before they even checked for my order on the computer.
Been to quite a few Jersey mikes and this one had the worst customer service out of all of them, by far. Ordered via the app and went in a few minutes before my pickup time. Walked in and stood by the pickup counter. Was not acknowledged at all. I sawthey had a large catering order so I was like okay they?re extremely busy they?ll get to me when they can. Time went on, a womanwalks in, goes straight to the counter and orders her sandwich. At this time it has been atleast 10 minutes that I had beenstanding there with nobody even saying hello or asking what my name was for a pickup order. The woman gets her entire sandwichmade and walks out so then obviously I ask ?hey do you guys have a mobile order for Brandon back there?? Since obviously theyweren?t going to ask me. They respond with ?yeah we do but it?s not made yet we just got hit with a big catering order?. Like Ipreviously said I understand that, but when someone comes in and stands there, you don?t even acknowledge them, and then on topof that a random person comes in and just orders and gets there?s right away, it?s extremely aggravating, and at that point itcompletely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. To top it all off, I asked for no cheese on my sub and they put cheese on it,which I picked off, but it was still annoying that after waiting 30 minutes for literally 1 regular cold sub it wasn?t even madecorrectly lol. Been to so many different Jersey mikes and I will never return to this one. Edit: owner reached out and madethings right. That goes a long way with me.
The last two visits have been disappointing because they got our order wrong. During the most recent visit, it took 40 minutes to receive four sandwiches. They didn’t add any condiments, the bread was all squished and wrinkled, and they didn’t cut the sandwiches in half. It will be a long time before I consider returning, if I do at all.
The workers seamed bothered by me even being there. It was lunch time but they were not very busy yet. Sandwich was ok not great. That night very sick. Food poisoning! Not saying from there.......but it was the only different thing I ate that day.Won't be back!
