The French fries were overcooked. We ordered takeout and when we got home, we realized that the fries were burnt. I contacted the manager and he refused to take responsibility, blaming someone else instead.
Why settle for just an ordinary hamburger? Killer Burger will awaken your taste buds with their innovative culinary creations, featuring a variety of delicious burger options.
The food is as good as ever. If you have not been to killer burger its high on the burger scale. Many varieties yet simple menu. The peanut butter pickle burger is their foundation and it just kind of builds from there. Fries are always crispy not over done. The amount seems to have diminished little by little. Service is always a challenge at this type of establishment. They have developed a big to go and food service following. The kitchen is busy. The staff has been cut back so you can see someone cooking and making fries then coming up to take your order. So they can make you wait a little. It also effects the service at the tables. Not always clean tables. Noticed a couple of tables here out of paper towels. Ketcups were empty and mustards were empty. Not a lot of attention to tables and service at the table. The trash cans have been cut back to one. This one is in need of attention.
When Killer Burger first came to Sherwood we were very excited. We had eaten at the original in Portland and it was so good. We haven't been here in years because the quality of the food had declined. Our daughter wanted to go tonight so we did. Every table had a layer of food scraps and grease on it and food on the floor. Not sure about protocol for the kitchen but there were people with long hair and no hair nets. The food was a lot better than a few years ago, they just need to focus on cleanliness of the establishment now.
