The Sherman - Sherman Oaks

Love the energy at the sherman feels like a small city local dive with the menu of a high-end restaurant! u must try the spicy margarita top knotch! also the artichoke was the best I ever had!

Eating is amazing and the personal is super sweet and cool. they even offer gluten-free rolls / brot for their sand switches and burgers (which are all super delicious). their appetizers are also great and they have a great choice of alcohol.

Very pleasant restaurant/bar. inviting place with spacious seating and a long bar with comfortable chairs. the service was before location. the menu is bar food, that is. Bar food. but very tasty. several screens to watch the sporting event and we enjoyed the variety of music played. very warm, friendly feeling here.

I've ordered dinner for delivery and now gotten brunch in-person at The Sherman. It's been really good both times. I do live closer to it so dunno if delivery will hold up over long distances but when we got it it was still hot. For brunch, our server was very charming and they even recommended against a dish that my girlfriend was about to order because people tend to not like it as much as they think they would. We found this very helpful. The food (which looks simple on the plate most of the time here) was so tasty! I got the all star or grand slam or whatever the baseball term is that signifies eggs and sides; it was all perfectly cooked but the bacon was a standout. It was so good i rationed it throughout the meal to make sure i had some left over to eat at the end. Drinks were strong and well-balanced; bartender did an awesome job. My girlfriend got the breakfast burrito with added sausage. She couldn't finish it but brought it home because it was so good. She said adding the sausage really elevated it. It's a tad expensive but it seems to be a place worth the price to me. I'll definitely be going back and i would feel comfortable taking anyone and knowing they could get a great meal. Update: went back. The spicy tots, Mac and cheese, and buffalo wings are also all really good. It's a toss up between the sweet and spicy from the tots, or the smokey cheesy from the Mac and cheese for the best flavor. I'd eat either of them again for sure.
