Cafe Areni Kebab House - Sherman Oaks

The food at Areni is always delicious and we're treated like family. Everything is so flavorful and they're really sweet and accommodating. This is such a neighborhood gem that's worth traveling to if you're not nearby, and it's a great value.

The food here is amazing. I always get the chicken lula kebab and it is something I would eat every day if I could. The staff are always sweet, welcoming and remember my order.

Have eaten here twice, and have loved both times! We order the Armenian and the Russian lunch specials. A deal for $12. The food is great and tastes like home cooking, and generous portions. The pictures of the food don't do the flavor justice, even the plain white rice taste amazing. Highly recommend to stop by!!

Sorry I hate writing bad reviews, but I hope it helps you resolve the issue. I wish I had read the comment about the Beef Lule kebab before ordering it. It smells funny and tastes bad. Not sure if it's the spice you're using? I hope that's the case and not spoiled meat. My son was hungry and he couldn't take more than a couple bites. Now I'll have to throw away the rest cause it tastes awful and I'm afraid we are going to get sick.

So so sorry but lula kabob meat was not yummy at all smelled like expired meet. Please do something and change the quality of your meat
