Pizza Hut Delivery - Shepway

The food at this restaurant is amazing and the delivery was very fast. I have no complaints about the service provided by the pizza delivery person. In my opinion, people only write negative reviews when they are trying to get something for free.

Ordered a large pizza, it was quite cold and the box was not correctly put together and thus was falling apart (flat pack pizza box). The pizza was perfectly cooked and really tasty though it did feel a bit like they scrimped on the cheese. Always a nice pizza at pizza hut.

Had two pizzas but one get one free and they were both really dry, almost as if there was no tomato BBQ sauce. It was a walk in order, still took ages and it's freezing cold inside. Complete waste of money.

Placed an order online, order was accepted, money was taken out of my account. I was given an estimated time of arrival of 25-35 minutes. After an hour I thought I'd ring to see what was going on to be told that they knew nothing of my order and that my order number was of no use to them, that I needed to give customer services a ring. I was then given the number for Scottish borders council???? finally got the correct number and have been waiting, starving hungry for the last 25 minutes on hold.

My family love Pizza Hut, especially from 12 to 2.30 were you can eat as much pizza, pasta salad, as you like. My son lives in Geneva, they closed all the pizza huts down, so when he comes to visit me every 4 to 5 times a year, he goes to the pizza place, l love stuff crust pizza, it’s my favourite.
