Fazoli's - Shepherdsville

The Grand Sampler was quite disappointing. The chicken fettuccine alfredo had absolutely no chicken in it—no pieces at all! The strawberry lemon ice was quite underwhelming as well; it contained just one strawberry and tasted like ordinary lemon ice that was way too sweet. To top it off, the drive-thru service was painfully slow. I had two cars ahead of me and ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food. This is unacceptable!

The staff were fantastic, but the food was terrible. I got home with my fettuccine Alfredo and breadsticks, and when I went to eat, it all tasted like dishwater—even the breadsticks. It was truly disgusting! I won't be going back again.

This is the so called Caesar salad this fazoli's give you! Wow not even edible and hardly a salad....Disgusting.

I received my food quickly, and it was piping hot and delicious! I absolutely love Fazoli's! A special shout-out to Ray Ray, who was incredibly kind and did a fantastic job!

We love our shepherdsville Fazoli's all the employees at this store are very polite and helpful very professional and love the kids night on Tuesday evening's I take my granddaughter every Tuesday if we can work it out they have rock painting facepainting games and it's great to have somewhere to take kids that they can enter act with other children and it's only 1.00 fortheir meal it don't get any cheaper than that and it's a great vibbin atmosphere for adults and kids I understand that one ofthe managers pays for the crafts for the children to do out of her own pocket and I think that alone says it all about thepeople that work at our shepherdsville Fazoli's thanks to you guys for going over and above for the little ones in ourcommunity if no one else has told you YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!????
