I had to order my food twice! both of them were terrible. the first time I ordered from uber, my entire order was wrong. I ordered the order to be correct this time. I got it and the order was right this time, except I don't remember the order of flying in my burrito. I'm so upset with this business. better people!
I had the same problem as another reviewer. my online order was not complete. $20 food was left out of the order. When I called, I was prevented from talking to a man on the phone. I was finally directed to using the app to report the problem. I tried. After fighting with the system for 20 minutes, I finally came to the point where I could file the data. but no. a simple message that we cannot edit their request, please try it again later. I really think they made it as difficult as possible to report the problem. an absolutely terrible experience that I will share on social media.
I reached there 8.30 pm ordered 4 bowl 3 chicken 1 steak. They don"t have steak. Then I take 4 chicken but it had very less meat. No more forks over there.
Arrived for a quick dinner around 7:50 pm with my boyfriend and not only was the customer service terrible but we did not receive any of the food we wanted. Over 5 different ingredients we wanted were empty bins and we were told there is no more, mean while we could clearly see the filled bins on the prep table behind the counter. $25 later for a bowl with rice (brown- which I hate) and corn. As I am a restaurant owner for over the last 34 years now I know first hand this line of business.. needless to say we will not be returning especially with the three new quick restaurants directly across the street that have amazing food and pleasant customer service.
Arrived around 8pm on a weeknight for a chicken and rice bowl. After finding out there was no white rice, I then asked for black beans, lettuce and veggies which NONE of them they had. Being that they were out of the majority of toppings, I asked for more meat and instead of them recognizing they were at fault and I only asked for more due to them having practically no toppings I was charged an extra $5 for the extra meat!! I’ve rarely written bad reviews on a company and I’m not picky or hard to please by any means but I found the staff to be rude and this to be unacceptable. Do yourself a favor Pancheros is right across the street and take your business there!!
