The Riverside Cafe Terrace - Sheffield

The breakfast spot before the match was perfect. We had a magical seat with a view of the river and stadium. The service was quick, the food was cooked perfectly, and the staff were friendly.

Terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was nonexistent and the food was subpar - the Nicoise salad lacked essential ingredients like tuna, egg, beans, and anchovies, with the majority of the salad being made up of potatoes. The prices were not cheap and the overall experience was not worth it.

I was an away fan visiting Hillsborough for a match on Saturday 26th February 2022 and stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient even though it was very busy. I ordered the homemade pie of the day (meat and potato) with homemade chips, peas, and gravy, and it was absolutely excellent and great value. The atmosphere was nice and friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with some home fans. The service was excellent despite it being a busy time just over 1 hour before kickoff. I will definitely visit again.

When 1pm 17.08.21 Who Isaac and Tom What Chicken Caesar salad and fresh orange juice with beetroot and coleslaw £8.70 Staff gave a warm welcome and were very friendly and helpful Service was quick, large portions. Great environment to eat in radio was playing B52's loveshack) good music. Terrace/ Decking out the back over looking the river and football stadium. Great accessible toilets with enough room to turn my chair around inside.

First breakfast here since the cafe reopened. Lovely as ever (vegetarian breakfast). Good to have the cafe back open again.
