The Park - Sheffield

When we went in there was little crowded, but the party was up and it was a good night if it had been downstairs, it would not have been so that we stayed as it was to roar

Nice pub. We came to a party in the room upstairs. The room is a good size however, it's dated and not in keeping with the downstairs. It NEEDS AIRCON! The room was ridiculously warm with one tiny little fan on that was doing nothing. You're not allowed to open the fire exit door due to the neighbours and none of the windows open. The staff I dealt with were all polite and welcoming. I had a meal downstairs as I wasn't able to eat the buffet food and the meal was really nice. It was the chicken sizzler but I had it on a normal plate. It was all really fresh, including the bed of veg it sat on. Overall, we'll be back for a meal and maybe even a drink but I personally wouldn't book the upstairs function room until its been updated/improved and had aircon installed.

We came here for breakfast, all ordered a big breakfast and it was amazing. Nothing to complain about at all, every part of it was nice and even the staff were really nice and polite. Would recommend coming here

We booked The Park for our mother's wake. Both Sam's, manager and assistant manager, were friendly and helpful, food was excellent and Becky worked her socks off serviving us drinks from our own bar. Went perfectly. Thanks everyone.

I just returned from a lovely family dinner celebrating a birthday, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience! I didn't catch the name of the lovely woman who served us, but she was fantastic. We brought along our service dog, and she was incredibly understanding. She even brought us a bowl of water for him and kindly asked if she could interact with him, to which he happily agreed! The whole evening was filled with great conversation and a warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My mother, who struggles with mental illness, felt so happy to be out and so welcomed, especially with our dog Zeke by our side. We were invited to return, and we honestly can't wait to come back. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our birthday dinner so special and enjoyable!
