There is a small closed off area for babies with soft toys and padded slides. The main kids area has slides, tunnels and swings. They recently posted that they had a renovation, but that merely meant they took out a slide toy and rope activity and put in a rock wall at one end. Unfortunately not impressed. Wish there was a little more to do there. Great location, just needs revamping.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Such cool toys really a kid 3 months to 5 years would be thrilled! Such a variety of toys for different ages and skills. They sell snacks and coffee which is great. There is a sitting area as well. I also have to say the owner is so sweet! My kid was in a bad mood and threw an absolute fit. We both left crying the owner gave me a hug and a coupon to come back next time. It made my day!! We will most definitely be back. The prices are great too!
Overall, this place isn't bad if you're looking for someplace to exhaust your children. Definitely designed for ages 6 and under, it's a smaller jumping, climbing, and inflatable gym. There's enough to keep small kids busy, but it's not so large you feel like you'll lose track of them. You can pretty much see the whole floor from wherever you happen to find a place to land. It can get crazy busy during cold or rainy weather. The place pretty much vibrates with noise and commotion on a busy day. But hey, you didn't have kids because you need peace and quiet all the time, so this shouldn't be new territory. We've been several times for open play and birthday parties. My daughter has never complained about being pushed around by bigger kids and honestly I've never witnessed any truly horribly behaved kids. That being said, I'm sure you get a tiny monster in here from time to time. I always make sure to remind my daughter to watch out for the tiny kids. You do see little ones under 2 climbing on the equipment. For the most part the bigger kids steer clear of them and a parent is nearby to shield the smallest of kids from a flying, bouncing 5 year old. Other reviewers are correct in saying that the staff is not on the floor during open play. They tend to all hang out behind the counter. This has never been a problem for us and the staff is always very friendly when we check in or purchase snacks. I'm guessing if you had an issue on the floor you could let them know and they would come handle it. As it is now it is kind of a no strong rules free for all, but perhaps our kids need more play like that. Be a little crazy, get knocked down, possibly lick a slide to boost your immunity. It's all good! Clearly I'm in the running for Parent of the Year. Other than the climbing equipment and inflatable slide, they have an art room that is mostly markers and watercolors. It's not always open since the art room is also one of two party rooms. You can use their photo booth and play air hockey for an additional fee. These both only take coins or cash, so be prepared. There's a cafe with seating that overlooks the play area. You can order Seattle's Best Coffee and snacks from the counter and eat in the dining area. No outside food is allowed and no food or drinks can be on the play floor. There is also a small walled off play area for babies who are still crawling. It's got lots of giant soft block things and a small slide. Nothing super exciting, but when you've only been on this planet for less than 2 years it's probably mind blowing. Go ahead and give this place a shot. Your kids will love it even if it makes you a little twitchy. Remember, bandaids are available at the front counter and there are several hand sanitizing stations. Everyone will (most likely) survive and as an added bonus your kids might sleep in an extra 15 minutes the next day.
Our one year old twin granddaughters had their first birthday party here. There weren't a lot of kids there which I was thankful for. Lol. So it wasn't crazy or loud and kids weren't knocking each other over and monopolizing activities. Party room was ample size but time allotted in the party space wasn't enough in my opinion.
We've been coming here regularly for about the last 10 months, my son adores the big blow up slide and I enjoy him running around while it's too cold to be at the park. I had high expectations for the renovation, and I really like the new rock climbing apparatus, but the large piece of equipment that had the 2 slides (it's in the cover picture for the business on here currently) is a big loss in my opinion. Maybe there was something wrong with it? I dunno, but I don't feel like my son wants to spend quite as much time playing since that was removed.
