Mr. Pig Stuff - Shakopee

I know this is for catering only but if you get the chance, do it. The owner is amazing and I’ve seen behind the scenes to a very clean and great smelling kitchen. Don’t forget to order the jalapeño coleslaw. I love it.

We had Mr. pig stuff at our wedding of 130 people. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, cheesy gratin potatoes and corn bread, and late night snack of pretzels. We only ran out of corn bread and that's because our families REALLY love bread. We took all the left overs home (except pretzels, not sure what happened to those . The food tasted as good as in the restaurant (maybe even better . The staff worked through the event to make sure everything stayed clean, packaged up leftovers, and worked the bar. My groom and I got free drinks all night to our surprise courtesy of Mr. Pig Stuff. Throughout the wedding process, the staff was extremely helpful and had good communication (thx kip! . We had MANY people tell us they loved the food/asked us who catered. Although the wedding is over, I know we will be back eventually for more of those amazing ribs.

Mr. Pig Stuff catered our wedding in October. They crushed it! Communication the week before was great and timely. Great food! Pig roast, beans, coleslaw, potato salad, mac and cheese, and garden salad. We had plenty of leftovers too! We served about 40 people that next day at a low key day after wedding party for our out of town guests and good friends. Bar service was great. Staff were attentive. They were flexible with last minute changes and additions (coffee, cake cutting). The venue staff was slacking on releasing tables, and Mr. Pig Stuff staff jumped up to make it go smoothly. Would highly recommend.

We had Mr. Pig Stuff cater our wedding on 7/2/22. The food and service that Mr Pig Stuff provides is superb. Our guests are still raving about the food. I have been told many times that it was the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding. The food was hot and fresh. We had pulled pork, ribs, beer can chicken and added on Beef Brisket. Our sides were the cheesy potatoes, baked beans, vegetables, and of course their amazing warm cornbread muffins with the cinnamon honey butter served on the side. It was all delicious. We also had them do our Bar service and that was amazing as well. All of their staff was friendly and so accommodating. I would highly recommend Catering Mr Pig Stuff for your wedding or any large event.
