Applebee's Grill - Shakopee

Horrible management that clearly doesn't give a hoot- (for lack of better words). Shout out to Bob, alexie and Alex. they do their job. instead of the rest being on there phones all the time, doing inappropriate things or talking loudly in spanish. Very bad service otherwise, would not recommend this particular location otherwise. Bad training and half the staff doesn't understand English.

I went in with my family on a Wednesday night the food was good but our server was not, she did not give proper service, we all were very polite and respectful but we did not get the same treatment. For example,she got upset we didn’t leave a tip even tho we planned leaving cash. Will not be coming back to this Applebees. This was Vanessa K

Good was great. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was clean and well kept.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Waiter was more into his smoke breaks than service. Food was amazing, tho. Price was decent.
