Miguel's Family Mexican - Shady Cove

While the building is beautiful and it is located directly on the side of the Rogue River with an amazing deck view. Food and service need an enormous improvement. We ordered 3 dishes and all three had no season. The service was bad. Why would the employees be okay to wear open toe shoes? Or sport. From the entire staff, it seems to me that nobody was told about a uniform. Our server cuts my questions before I finish the sentence. No refill offered. And waited 20 minutes to get our bill.

Fous was very good, and service was friendly, we ordered the Steak Fajitas Taco Salat and the Steak Fajitas. Also the Salsa and Pico de Gallo, which were served with the free chips were delicious. The place is right on the river and has outdoor covered seating so you can walk the river and occasional rafter if you want, definitely recommend

Large helpings! Absolutely loved it. The Miguel's burrito was delicious and worth every penny. The margaritas are good, nothing special but welcome on a hot day. The margaritas also seemed to be lacking in tequila, especially for an 18 oz but again, nice on a hot day. Very nice location on the river.

Food was pretty good. The slow roasted pork was definitely the star of the show. The beef was dry, the tamales had a lot more masa then I care for. It was probably a 3:1 of masa to meat. Service was good.
