Firebrand Bbq - Seward

A lovely experience at firebrand, customer service was cheerful and the portions were plenty. Cheapest alaskan crab in town. Traditional Texas style BBQ, complimented by a selection of domestic and craft beers. The crab was cooked to perfection, with a nice smokey flavour. Home made BBQ sauce too. Only critique is that the meat and beans were a little lacking on flavour, but cooked to perfection. Keep up the good work guys.

After reading all the positive reviews I was excited to try this place out, I love BBQ! Service Super friendly, knowledgable. Food The Pork Belly was really good, good flavor, good texture. The ribs and brisket had almost zero flavor though. I had to smoother them in so so BBQ sauce just to give them any taste. Atmosphere everyone sits outside and I can imagine it's always quite windy in this area of Alaska so your food gets cold super quick, like by the time I sat down the brisket was already cold.

Man oh man, I'm from Texas and didn't think I'd find BBQ up here like this. The Brisket was amazing, turkey was good and moist and the ribs were unbelievable! Cold beer and excellent BBQ, you can't ask for more, we will definitely be back!

Amazing food! I had both the pork belly and brisket sandwiches for lunch/dinner and I can’t say enough about how good it was. The pork belly was juicy and full of flavor. Brisket was moist and delicious. Despite there being a small line when I arrived, the wait was extremely short. GO HERE!!

Love this place! Appears to be family run. Lots of meat options. Their house made BBQ sauce is not very spicy and is more sweet which I loved. Beans are plain but add some sauce and they are great!
