Lack of professionalism and empathy. I miss 3 drinks. So I contact the restaurant directly to let them know the problem. The correspondent shows no sign of knee and doesn’t even apologize. He directly accuses the deliveryman of forgetting to take the bag. 9:00 p.m. he says he doesn’t have a delivery man to bring me back my benign drinks and proposes to pick them up. I'm telling her that it's a joke! What if I had placed an order on uber eat was that I have my reasons and did not find myself moving because of their fault. He offers me another solution that doesn’t fit me either, iron order an item and you’ll get the drinks and a dessert. I answer him that I have already spent more than 40 euros of order for the end be not having my drinks and that he asks me to place a new order for a minimum of 10 euros order in order to receive my drinks!!! When I tell him that all this is not normal and that is unacceptable, he doesn’t listen to me and dares to tell me “what did you say?”. One first and one last, truly disappointed with the service, communication and the lack of empathy of the correspondent who did not apologize at any time. To escape really! What a beautiful scam!
