Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe ordered from the drive through. We ordered a salami pesto regular sub and a Hunter's Club, on wheat, with only the roast beef, provolone cheese and mustard, nothing else. We also ordered 2 bags of chips, one Thinny and one barbeque. When we drove up to the window, it took almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged and there was no one in front of us that the restaurant looked empty as evident by no cars in the parking lot. After the person took our money, they brought back only the Hunter's club. I told them we also ordered the salami pesto sub and 2 bags of chips. The worker seemed confused but left the window. When he came back after a couple of minutes, he now only brought back the caprese/salami sub but no Hunters club and no chips. I told him this time to bring back my Hunters club and 2 bags of chips. He took the salami sub back and after a few minutes he brought back both sandwiches but no chips. I then how to tell him for the third time now that he still owed me to bags of chips. He then proceeds to ask me what chips I had ordered. After a few minutes he then brought back our 2 bags of chips. I now hoped that I had all of my order. Now in the back there were 2 bags of chips, what looked like a sandwich and a sub. When we got home, the Hunter club only had roast beef on it, no cheese, no mustard, and turkey, of which I didn't order on it. The caprese/salami but, was slathered in mayonnaise, a little bit of salami and what looked like the caprese I guess. This, buy far, is the worst service that I can ever recall having for such a simple order. Needless to say, I will no longer be visiting this location even though we do like Jimmy Johns. The service has gone down so considerably that I doubt it can recover unless new management takes over. The quality has diminished greatly also, although I think this has to do more with the current employees than Jimmy Johns overall.
Forgot to put avocado on my sandwich again. No one was in there and seemed to have to order someone to come take the order and seem too busy to stop what they were doing.
Best subs in the market. They can’t help poor servers and or customers! They should start hiring older folks that care like retirees.
Worst service ive ever had at JJ. Sandwiches were stale and tasted like cardboard. Had a really bad taste.
This location is very clean and friendly. Amanda was so sweet and accommodated my special request!!
