Vernons Lakeside - Seven Points

I ate at V's steakhouse and I must say it's an experience to remember food was great, so was the service and everything else.

I have usually had good service. The food is good. It is a little loud, great view of the lake.

Unacceptable behavior from the staff working at this establishment. Almost had to call the cops today on a crazy guy yelling at a young girl, only to later find out this guy was a literal STAFF MEMBER at Vernon’s. By the way he was speaking to this young lady, I most definitely would keep your minor children out of this restaurant at all costs. Not a safe place to bring family at all.

Beware! Service was horrible. Took 30 minutes to be noticed and serviced. Finally got our cocktails, watermelon mojito and a cucumber jalapeño cocktail and both were not mixed properly with no flavor, then we got our appetizer (calamari) and we couldn’t even chew it. I don’t recommend this place and I will Never return.

Never got to try the food. Waited for 17 minutes for someone to greet us and left. All of the waitresses were standing around the bar.Tried again two weeks later we're new to the area. We decided to sit at the bar to avoid service issues like we had the time before. All of the reviews mentioning staff behavior are correct from what I saw. I even had one employee sit next to me and then she suddenly had a very keen interest in my purse. The moment I moved the purse away from her, she moved away. This place needs new management in the worst way.
