Numero 13 Food Factory Roma

I visited Silvia's restaurant in April 2019 during a trip to Rome as a part of an Airbnb experience. We cooked multiple dishes including fettuccine, a short pasta (perhaps fusilli) and stuffed ravioli with three different sauces La Carbonara, La Marinara (red sauce) and a light cream sauce for the stuffed mini ravioli. Silvia greeted us with a coffee and a cookie as well as a smile when we walked in. We made the pasta from scratch as she explained the process in detail. Very friendly staff to make conversation with as I enjoyed hearing their experience within Italy and cooking abroad. Delicious red wine was served with the food. At the end of the class as things were wrapping up, the restaurant became open for the day as local Italians sat down with their families for a late lunch, it was good to see this everyday part of Rome. I would recommend this restaurant for the delicious food and people that make it a great place.

Qualità e cortesia. Cibi espressi buonissimi, con scelte particolarmente gustose. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile anche nei confronti di chi ha bimbi piccolini. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo presto!

Stupisce positivamente la cortesia dei gestori, la qualità del cibo, i prezzi onesti. Un design originale rende ancora più gradevole l'atmosfera di questo piccolo locale a due passi da piazza Sant'Emerenziana.

Purtroppo a causa del covid ho dovuto ordinare a domicilio, ma sono rimasta stupita positivamente dalla bontà dei piatti !Ho preso un Juicy Burger accompagnato da Chips home made, e devo dire che erano entrambi ottimi.Lo consiglio
