Prozharka - Серпухов

We ordered burgers and were surprised by how quickly they arrived. However, considering the price of over 2,000 rubles for two burgers and fries, I expected at least one pair of gloves for two people. The burgers arrived warm, but where's the juiciness? Even at a food court, you would typically need at least four napkins to eat a burger properly. This time, I didn’t use any napkins at all. It seemed like they were cutting costs everywhere, including on napkins. I wouldn't be surprised if they started selling gloves for 500 rubles as well! Overall, the prices are exorbitant, and the burgers from the Burger Book taste better and are juicier than what I received here. I’m giving it two stars for the fast delivery, but even one would be too generous for the quality and the value for money.

The staff is very polite and kind. Even though we didn't speak the same language, we were able to communicate. It's one of the rare restaurants with an English menu. The burgers are incredibly delicious—the best I've ever had in my life. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We occasionally stop by when passing through Serpukhov. It's a very decent place with good burgers. However, the bottled Gletcher beer leaves something to be desired... This needs to be addressed. Perhaps they could install some draft lines, especially since there are local breweries in the area that are close by.

A great place for dinner or lunch on the weekends. The burgers are large and juicy, and all the ingredients are fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cozy dining area features a charming decor and an open kitchen.
