Cotela — Coreanos Tequila Lounge 코텔라

One of the few places serving mezcal as well as tequila. Interesting cocktail concepts, but unfortunately didn't try their food. Great atmosphere and music with live DJ. Would definitely return. (Owner is Korean American and most staff seem to speak English)

Coreanos completely revamped their place. It went from fusion Mex restaurant to a tequila bar that serves higher quality Mexican food. All the tequilas here are made from 100% blue agave. If you've only had cheap tequila like Jose Cuervo, then you definitely need to try the better stuff out there. I highly recommend the cocktails here. Can't ask for much more when looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Korea. Food is good and the prices are very reasonable especially for the Gangnam area. I got the steak burrito which was great. The steak was cooked medium rare and there was plenty in the burrito. My friend got the quesadilla supreme which was good and big. I got a beet to drink and they got a strawberry margarita which was well made. If you are in the area I would recommend giving this place a try.

My coworker and I go here when we're craving some good mexican food in Seoul. The location is cool too because you can make an evening out of it. The blended margaritas are the bomb and I like the pork tacos ️

They have vegan options, mushroom tacos which were super good. Pay 4000 for a side of chips and you get 4 different dipping salsas and they are fuego!
