Dunkin' - Seneca Falls

I ordered two large iced coffees with unsweetened vanilla and almond milk. They were so busy chatting that they ended up adding sugar to our drinks, even though we both have diabetes. On top of that, it took them 5 minutes to prepare our order at 7 PM. The service was the worst I've ever experienced!

I rely on Dunkin' Donuts for my morning coffee, and the employees there are fantastic. They always recognize my order as soon as I reach the intercom, and they’re all wonderful people.

This place is truly disappointing. It took an unbelievable HALF HOUR to prepare an iced coffee, which was nothing out of the ordinary—just French vanilla and raspberry flavors. They really need to either hire more capable staff or increase the number of employees working.

Don?t do the Drive-Thru. Nothing fast about it, and it?s a super long drive-thru without any way to safely pull out if you do decide to go somewhere else due to the wait.

The breakfast sandwich and coffee were fantastic! The Munchkins were fresh. The delivery was excellent; the instructions were followed perfectly, and everything arrived still warm.
