Subway - Seguin

This particular Subway has redeemed itself. Last week my mother and I went in and they didn't have anything. No turkey, no veggies except cucumbers and olives. The boys that were working were doing the best they could to handle the situation. But today, everything was fully stocked. The female employee took her time and constructed a beautiful sandwich.

No lettuce available, bunch young kids hanging out in lobby with employees. Veggies frozen, sandwiche was not toasted for proper time and my chicken was still ice cold and cheese not melted. Tomatoes are old and tasted bad. Way to much sauce put on sandwich.

I ordered a sub for delivery. The sandwich was not even close to what I ordered. They didn’t toast it no cheese and the veggies were not all there. I also added the full meal deal. No chips and no drink. I called the subway several times they would not answer their phone.

Rude service, food was just slapped together, no soap in the restroom, and the employees were blasting rap with profanity. I’m glad there were no kids in the restaurant. Next time I’m hungry on the drive I will stop somewhere else.

This location is clean and friendly, however, the drive thru takes foooooreeeeeever. This alone makes me avoid this location. I’mNot sure why they take so long when there are no vehicles in the parking lot. I avoid it for lunch because my who lunch will be taken up by waiting. I’m not sure who reads this but dt at any restaurant should flow fast. People inside have time to sit, chat and eat. Dt folks are usually in a rush.
