Open Range Grill And Tavern - Sedona

Was not overly impressed. Way too pricey and average service. Food was good but nothing spectacular. Trying to be a 5 star restaurant on a McDonald?s budget. Beware if you?re a table of 5 they?ll add 20% tip automatically. And what exactly is the?health fee? for? Literally they did zero for your health. What a total scam to just get more money out of you. Overall avoidthis place would be my rating.

Not our first time here. Last visit I would have given 5 stars. Ordered the $31 fresh catch (which I had last visit and it was wonderful), but last night 's salmon was so small it was barely 5 or 6 bites! The large portion of broccoli and rice made itappear even smaller! (see photo, and note the size in relation to the fork prongs). So I decided to bring it to the attention ofthe manager who insisted it was 6 ounces. Instead of offering to bring a bit more, he asked if I 'd like to choose a differentmeal. Had I done that, my husband would have been finished by the time I got started. He had an oh well attitude which waseven noticed by the family sitting at the next table. I have no problem paying $31, but I expect to get what I pay for. I waslooking forward to another great meal at this restaurant with a spectacular view! But his attitude has made me decide not to goback. Jesus, our server was great and my husband 's dinner was fine. This makes me angry and sad????

Great server, cold beer, great food and the view! You're missing out if you don't stop in!

I had lunch at the Open Range Grill and Tavern. Their homemade cream of mushroom soup was delicious. The staff were prompt and helpful. I would go there again when in Sedona.

The portions were huge and tasted amazing. The view also was breath taking.
