Jack's - Section

We ordered the bacon cheese chicken sandwich, and while the cheese wasn't as melty as advertised, it still tasted great. I've received a lot of positive feedback about the night crew, and having a supervisor present that evening really made a difference.

I went in to sit down and eat, but my experience was disappointing. The cashier attended to a lady, walked around while her order was prepared, and handed it to her before going to the window to take another order. Meanwhile, there was still one lady in front of me, but the cashier served the person at the window first when their order was ready. After that, she finally helped the lady in front of me, leaving the cash register unattended. I eventually left hungry. The service was frustrating—taking one order at a time like that is just not acceptable. Whatever happened to good service?

We inquired about the freshness of the fried chicken and were informed that it had been cooked around 20 minutes prior. Unfortunately, the crust was stale, and the white meat had a distinctive taste and smell of old grease. Additionally, the mashed potatoes did not seem fresh, and the biscuits were hard and stale.

Worst jack's I've been to by far. I have yet to have a single order I've ever placed here to be correct. They always forget something or give me the wrong thing entirely. Im tired of having to always get my order fixed every time i go there.

This staff is always friendly and do a great job. Food and milk shakes were great as well.
