Debonairs Pizza - Sebokeng

I'm going to be honest again, everything is bad at debonairs Thabong shopping center but due to the fact that I love it so much I buy it despite the circumstances that come with it, when you ask them to deliver they take a very long time you even forget that you are waiting for your food To be delivered, again when the food is being delivered ,you get the box of your pizza not in a good state ,the triple decker -sweet chili I ordered it was so flat you'd say there's nothing in between the 3 slices and then they pour ALOT of sweet chili sauce, so basically I ate 3 slices of the triple decker and the sweet chili sauce I couldn't taste all the other ingredients /toppings but the sweet chilisauce and when it was delivered is was very cold .The other day I asked for extra cheese only to find out all of that cheese I asked for was all on top of the box I'm still disappointed. This is actually sad. I don't even remember a day ordering pizza from debonairs Thabong shopping center without a fault, never

Service was horrible!!! I ordered pizza at 13:30 and it has still not arrived. I called the call center and they came up with excuses telling me that there's nothing they can do, I should call the store. I finally went to the store at around 6pm and ordered, the order took more than an hour and the pizza was horrible. The 3rd base had no toppings, some of the crust was under cooked, the other was dry.I will NEVER NEVER again buy Debonairs pizza.They don't even deserve the 1 star rating!

The base of the Debonairs at Thabong shopping centre was empty without any toppings, the 2nd and the 3rd time I went There the base were old and dry only the toppings wear freshly made,I've had many bad experience with Debonairs pizza with the same mistakes,my only weakness is that I'm a fan, I'm always hoping for the best and for them to improve but they always disappoint. This isn't the Only Debonairs that has disappointed me ,most of them always disappoint me.

The service I got on the 25th was bad I ordered at 17H00 the delivered at 22H30 long after we had gone to bed and they didn't even bother to inform us nor to apologize for the poor service rendered with a very cold pizza

The delivery service is terrible. I waited for my order from 12:30 to 15:00. I will never order from Thabong again. Service: 1, Meal type: Lunch, Price per person: R 350–400, Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
