**Food Quality:** The tomato soup was 50% chickpeas, which I found excessive, and it was quite salty. The Fall Fattoush Salad matched its description on the menu and was pre-mixed; it was just the right size for one person. The Mushroom Toast featured a variety of wild mushrooms with a creamy cheese-based sauce, but I felt it was overpriced at $17 for a single toast. The Roasted Eggplant Mezze lacked any significant eggplant flavor or texture, so don’t expect it to taste like baba ghanoush. **Service/Atmosphere:** You must place your order first and then find a table. Unfortunately, if you arrive after noon, you might end up with some uncomfortable seating. You'll need to get your own water, as the waiter only brings the food and utensils. The atmosphere is lively and fast-paced, with plenty of chatter.

Now, about my breakfast salad: the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the crispy quinoa? Oh my goodness, it was absolutely mind-blowing! I savored every last bite. The frisée greens were perfectly dressed with a hint of vinaigrette, complemented by mushrooms that added both texture and flavor. It truly was the ideal light brunch. I enjoyed a solo meal by the indoor fire pit, which was a lovely setting to sit back, dine, and watch the rain fall. Thank you, Sabine and team, for your excellent service!

The drinks and food were incredible! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the view is stunning when dining outdoors. We had the pleasure of sitting next to the fireplace.

Really delicious brunch I tried their avocado toast and a side of roasted potatoes yummy!! Their beverages are yummy too! ?

I love Sabine for a more casual brunch! I love that you order, grab a table, and they bring the food to you for less of a formal sit down brunch but you still get the vibes. They have outdoor seating right in front and they have kind of an indoor/outdoor situation on one side too which is always nice. The food is really good here too although I think just a bit overpriced for the portion. I always end up spending way more than I want to here, but I do really enjoy the spot. The line can get pretty long on the weekends especially with the Ballard farmers market on Sundays, so if you're over 21, you can probably snag a spot at the bar! That's first come first serve and is usually quicker than waiting in line.
