Brand new.. lots of table space.. Plenty of parking and a drive thru if you so desire

Bought 30 pcs chicken, 3 large mac and cheese, we got bad mac and cheese, its 20 minute drive from the hotel. we forgot the credit card that was used and we asked just to refund it!!! the supervisor denied it and just replaced it FORCEFULLY!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST

These guys are great! My lunch break is late at night and I go to them near closing time. They sometimes have limited items to reduce waste. They are always willing to make substitutions in lieu of what my original order may have requested. They provide great service and the food is always consistent.

Popeyes' chicken, taste, quality and juiciness are not consistent at all Popeyes. I had really good Popeyes in California and I had really bad Popeye in Seattle. At this location, I have to say this Popeyes was really really good. I came for the chicken. I got a chicken thigh and a chicken drum by itself. The chicken were super hot when I got them. The chicken were fresh and juicy. They don't have any special sauce for the chicken other than ketchup. That was fine. It was still quite tasty. The chicken skin has a slight Even though this is an American company, they uses Canadian Chicken at the Canadian locations. This Popeye is located in the Aviation mall. There are plenty of free parking here. Decor is clean and nice. Definitely highly recommend trying their chicken here. This Popeyes location deserves 5 stars for the price and quality.

My usual times at popeyes are standard, get food, get out, good customer service, but a recent trip has left me disappointed; the lady who was handling our drive through order first made us wait a few minutes which is fine I suppose, and then while we were ordering she asked us twice about everything when we had already told her what we wanted, and then when we got the order, whoever was putting together the order forgot the spoon for the side and when we asked for hot sauce and ranch side she gave us two buffalos without asking us. Not to mention why does this location never have any spicy food available? Might have just been a bad apple I suppose.
