I have placed an online order, got a confirmation number. the money was taken out of my pay car. I wanted to pick up my order and was told that they never received a command from me. So I'm out of my money. they tried to call and they won't answer the phone.

Terrible situation. should be better known than going here, I go to the rule to keyser Avenue-these people are online greatordered, 2 subs, 2 salates. the daughter took up, and at home we open the bag and find no salat in our salates, only meat dressing! so on the phone I go, ask what he is, and he says I ordered a protein dish. my reception says salad! Here's the kicker. no refund, but says come back with the two bowls meat and he will put salat in the bowl! what? he could have refunded this 2 salads or make 2 new salads that are ready when we go there after 10 minutes get there commercial service, dont go here
