Starbucks - Scranton

This had to be the friendliest cleanest Starbucks I was ever in and also the busiest. All the orders were correct they were cheerful and pleasant and everything was getting done it worked like well oiled machine. And my two specialty drinks were made to perfection walking and you see 14 to 18 people and 25 to 26 drinks on the counter of people calling in and they still had it all running or in there for a total of less than 7 minutes I wish they were that efficient here

Always fast, accurate and efficient service. Delivery is always flawless, orders are always accurate and exactly to-order.

Forgot one of my drinks and then didn’t seem too worried about the delay…

Service here is terrible. My husband and I walk in and there are 5 people behind the counter and one guy says we will be right with you and we stand there while they are talking and joking. One girl putting on an apron looking around dor something to do. Another girl walked by and went in the back. Ever heard of customer service. I would understand if there were only a couple people and they were busy.

Absolutely love the vibe of the people working when I came in! I asked for an honest opinion on a drink and they gave it. I gave Brody (I believe his name was) my likes and told him to just make me something awesome, and man did he! This is one of my best starbucks visits since I've been back to Pennsylvania! Keep being awesome guys!
