Best Chicago Dog, Vienna all Beef!. When it comes to Chicago dogs, it's the place. GREAT tasting Vienna made all cattle dogs as you like them. Cut home potatoes with the furs still on them make a wonderful French frit. I always enjoy the combo dishes that are really appreciated! Very clean inside! For a high-quality, cheap lunch that is fast, this is the place when you are in the area of Scottsdale Rd Thunderbird. The only negative comment is that it continues away from my house then I like and I can't be here all the time. Your menu includes: Hot Dogs, Sausages Brats, Italian beef sandwiches, hamburgers and chicken sandwiches along with the frits, chilifries and cheese frits.
Wow best hot dogs and milkshakes. I had heard a lot about this little place, but you really have to go in and try their food. If you desire American Chicago style food, this is the place to get it that you cannot be dissapointed, it doesn't matter that you are from you, they will love you food!
Big Burgers Hotdogs!. My wife and I have eaten here many times over the years, and every time is so good or better than the last visit. The food is always freshly prepared and the taste is hard to beat! Immerse yourself and watch a game on Tv, or keep out for some. You'll be happy you did it!
THIS is an Italian Beef!. I was looking for something quick to eat for lunch, while driving home, down Scottsdale Rd. I saw Taste of Chicago out of the corner of my eye, and got an instant craving for an Italian Beef. I ordered the Cheesey Beef with sweet peppers, dipped (dipped in the au jus, so that the sandwich is wet... no other way to order it in my opinion, but to each his own), w/ a side of fries. I got it to go, thinking that I could wait until I got home to eat it. I should have known better. I would like to apologize to anyone who was driving southbound on the 101 between 1-1:30pm on 12/31. In my defense, there is only one excuse for driving with your knee and stuffing your face, and that excuse is a delicious sandwich. I opened the container just to take a peek at the sandwich, and I 'm pretty sure I yelled something something along the lines of, THAT 'S WHAT I 'M TALKING ABOUT! Embarrassing? Yes. But you need to know how wonderful it looked. Every bite was amazing. I 've had a lot of these sandwiches since I 've moved to AZ from Chicago, and based on the track record of italian beefs in the valley, should have stopped ordering them a while ago, but I 'm glad I didn 't! Again, I apologize to all of you happy and safe Phoenix drivers out there for the excessive swerving that happened during sandwich consumption, but this sandwich requires 2 hands... not my fault!
