Starbucks - Scottsdale

Loved the ambiente this place. great location to do work and not the feeling as if everyone is in their business. they met with a friend to focus on our goals and plan a party. bonus: learned a new hairstyle from a trendy roll. that's a lot for these mama! employees were nice and my orders were always right.

Order 2 drinks.. 1 being a vanilla ice latte... I get a coffee with vanilla .. I tell the girl she says that's is one... It wasn't ... I tell her don't want it . She wants to just add half and half to it .. ummm ? she wasn't even going to refund it .. I ask for manger she says I am the manger and walks away. I said can I have my money back ... She we'll go to the front counter ... Besides the very sweet guy at the register horrible experience

Been here many times. It's much busier now, and still they're friendly, fast and accurate.

I don't know how long it's been since the people that write the good reviews have been back to this place but just like them I'm probably not going to come back Reasons: 1. waited more the 15mins just for mocha frappe and a sandwich and then realized the one making the drinks for customers inside wasn't calling out names. He would just put them down and on to the next letting not only mine but I watched multiple drinks having to go to the trash and redone because of this. 2. I paid for my drink twice, I had my drink redone again because I took a sip and it literally tasted like watered down milk, I didn't want to argue with the cashier a older gentleman which seemed already on edge cuz I had to have them redo my sandwich cuz it went cold but I did pay for another drink to be done... I stood right at the order counter to make sure I got my drink when it was done it took less then 5mins and again no name call... and I was annoyed but not my job and not my company money I'm wasting...

Cleanest Starbucks around, plus the workers are friendly
