Scottsdale Az Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

I was last week in scottsdale for a few days with friends, and we had to come here for a great pizza. seriously delicious and never disappointed! but what caused my review was the amazing service we got from ricky bobby boucher. truly epic-he was all the things they hope to get with a big server, but so much beyond. all fun movie and TV quotes, with one of our party, which is a bit intoxicating before we are there, and overall a wonderful improvement of our delicious food. this guy is fantastic!

Decent deep-court pizza. Sausage a little tasteless, sauce and crust sweet for my taste. also had a good salad, again a bit sweet. is sweet a chicagoer taste profile? nice staff, good service, pleasant outdoor terrace. Try it again.

Chicago style deep dish delicious! this chain is straight from chicago and tastes exactly like this. crispy and buttery crust, with great beats. I’m not a fan of Italian sausage however, they put no fennel in their sausages and that’s exactly the ingredient I don’t like! lou’s Italian sausage was savory and had the perfect amount of taste to balance the sweet of the tomato sauce. delicious!

My family and I had a great time. our blessing was amazing! I ordered the spinat bread and the spinat was well rubbed in the melted cheese, is a meal for itself. the family size caesar salat was really good and is enough to feed 5 people. we ordered a deep dish cheese and deep deep dish classic and it was average pizza not spectacular. more great place to eat.

Over 30 minutes to get my pizza and a long wait to get a seat. After I finally got my food, my waitress forgot about me and I had to ask another employee to close me out. Pizza was good but not great. Not as great as I remember when I used to live near Chicago. I went on a Friday night and if you want to go then or on a Saturday night, I would highly recommend reservations but I'm not sure if they do that.
