Orange Sky - Scottsdale

After a day at the spa (one floor under the beautiful restaurant) we arrived for our reservations for my wife's birthday dinner, only we both (now sing the song in your head, sorry ha). We arrived a little early and wanted a drink at the bar and look around to see the amazing view before you eat haha for the next hours. The bartender was amazing and the drinks were made right, not too much alcohol to not taste the drink and enough mixtures to taste the liquor. After buying a glass of wine for a guy who celebrated his birthday, we drove to our table, west and the first table on the left to all private stands. Our waitress Sally, phenomenal. Had suggestions for pairings with everything. The gentleman who supported Sally was also amazing and brought out the bread and spread out. We had ordered half a dozen oysters (complete start with drink from the bar), then go mushrooms and potatoes with Porterhouse Steak, which serves two and comes with an accent of paprika, green onions, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes and possibly another product or two of which I cannot remember, nor in a food coma. Sauces, just get them all and try them, the two black garlics are changing day. To finish the night, my wife was served a beautiful birthday dessert, which again, amazing. Some places you go only once for the experience, but I would definitely just return because of the food and Sally was great. Cheers to the Chef and his Kitchen staff. Thanks for a great dinner.

An unforgettable experience! Everything was immaculate from the beginning to the end. Chef took us on a journey of flavors that were both beautiful and delicious. Our server and team were amazing and offer the best service beyond expectation. This will definitely be our date night location.

The view and the atmosphere alone is amazing, but add the delicious food and great service, 10 stars! Yeah, it's expensive, but I thought it was worth it. I have never had Bison, so experience alone made it one of a kind!

Our family enjoyed the sisters of my wife sons 21. Birthday in the private dining room of Orange Sky. The hotel is located in Talking Stick Resort. It was a 5-star dining experience with ducks such as Diver Scallops, fresh salmon, 20 ounces ribeye steak and beautiful secondary dishes. We all had a wonderful time I recommend the resort and it is high restaurants and do not forget to help stop at the casino to pay for dinner!

I'd go 4.5 stars if I could. The staff and experience was delightful and well done. The balcony and outside area was amazing. Photo options for days!
