Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff. My inquiries about the menu were met with curt responses, and the overall demeanor of the employees was unwelcoming. It was disappointing to feel as though my patronage was more of an inconvenience than anything else. What was even more concerning was when I brought this issue to the attention of the owner, who appeared indifferent to the situation. Instead of addressing my concerns, the owner seemed to justify the employees' behavior, which only added to the frustration. A great dining experience is not just about the food, but also about the atmosphere and how customers are treated. Unfortunately, Rays pizza failed in this regard. I hope that the management reconsiders its stance on customer service, as it plays a crucial role in the overall experience. Until then, I find it difficult to recommend rays pizza to others
I will never go to this place again, why are businesses hiring poor customer service employees? It can run customers away. Please hire people who make the experience here enjoyable, not hostile! Hope that helps, Thanks!
Just had an extra cheese pizza It was “THE BEST PIZZA EVER”!!!!!!!
Very obvious they don’t care. Wrong order served and tasteless food. no passion in Gregor craft makes you kind of wonder why they bother. And on top of everything my belly ached after I ate there. Could have been something else I ate but my recommendation is be careful. I want to like this place my favorite restaurant was the original rays of the village back before they closed. This is very different. Not much cheese. In NYC they have you too much cheese.
Been coming here for years. Service is always on point, the staff is friendly and the pizza is delicious. Highly recommended.
