Friendly service, cheap daily dinner

On Monday is traditionally gastronomic and culturally dead pants. Not so in the Schwabenhalle. After a visit to the Würth Kunsthallte we are looking for a restaurant close to the centre for lunch – and we are happy at the same time. The lion is located a few steps below the museum and directly at the chef. From the front door you have a magnificent view of the old town and the river and the Globe Theatre. The Ritterparkhaus is 300 meters away. Shortly after 12 o'clock it became relatively narrow. A larger group of women in the adjoining room and in the front room there were few free places – but we were kindly offered to the inviting regular table (in whose wood the names of the regular guests are engraved! Many wood, a whole wall full of old depictions, beautiful table decoration, very cozy seating furniture and of course benches on the wall. Some high tables with seating stools are available near the vault. The audience is colorful: local regular guests, as well as tourists and excursions and larger groups. Families with toddlers, as well as couples, older ladies for coffee and hikers. The staff is absolutely loving and accommodating. We were immediately greeted, served very quickly and we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for food – and that at peak times! In Haller Löwenbräu's parents' house, you should drink the local beer, like your own speciality, the Mohrenköpfle. A tasting of 5 beers is recommended for 7.50 euros. The dishes are rich, regional specialities. The beer roast from the Hällisches Landschwein is wonderful with dumplings (self-made and not pappy and white herbal salad (fresh, almost fruity for very cheap 11.80 euros). We also liked the rough sausages for 6 euros by wort and a strong note. I was also very sympathetic that I could only eat a small extra salad without a main dish (about 4 euros. There were 5 different salad varieties on it, wounded with the cloned potato salad and the crisp oak leaf salad. Later we got more Mitesser on the regular table and it was very international and left out. By the way, the toilets are easy to reach and well maintained. We'll come back at the next visit. The portions are large, the prices are very cheap and the offer is regional.
